Lace Winding Feeder

The Lace Winding Feeder represents a revolutionary new generation constant tension feeding device. Incorporating our Winding Feeder & TFS monitoring sensor, the Lace system is a plug&play system which allows for easy integration & installation. Combined with our advanced software, real time data monitoring & tracking provides true qaulity feedback with advanced production tracking in both exact time & length. It is offered with or without a recovery system, depending on the age of your setup. The recovery system allows for the recovery of a few mm of yarn during the lacing operation.

 

CONSTANT TENSION - Used for Stator Winding applications, the Lace Winding Feeder monitors & adjusts in real time the tension of the yarn utilized to lace the sensors. By being able to apply precise tension, the quality of the lace is greatly improved, while preventing loose lacing of the coils. Because tension is maintained by the speed of the feeder, we are able to decrease breakouts & increase production output.

 

MONITORING & TRACKING - As with all our sensors, the feeder provides LIVE quality & production tracking which can connect to our Network software, giving you automation at multiple levels. This cloud based system monitors & tracks all yarn stops, breaks, & doffs for showing production/waste in real time. It can also connect to any PC or smartphone to give you instant visibility of your production from anywhere in the world.
